I can't remember the name, but I remember Coles and/or Woolworths selling something like that in their gluten free section.

I have two variants (one of which I found serendipitously in the back of the fridge), plus two cookbooks, which I am intending to bring to the house cooling on Saturday, so that you can taste/borrow them as appropriate.
