I have recycled my PJs into two bags. My PJ pants wore out in the seat and I found a use of the remaining good flannel. I have cut off the bottom of the legs and sewed up the legs. I intend to use the little bags instead of wrapping paper at Christmas.

I'm seriously considering getting a baby sewing machine, like a $50 kid's one so I can do these little projects. I am such a messy hand sewer (er, one who sews).

because of size, or because of cost? because I use my full size machine for this type of thing, and imagine it would be awfully fiddly doing it on anything smaller
