Norma K Hemming play at Aussiecon

The New Arcturians are presenting a staged reading with costumed readers from Norma Hemming’s last play ‘The Matriarchy of Renok’ at Aussiecon 4 (68th Worldcon at Melbourne’s new South Wharf Conventions Centre on 2-6 September 2010).

There will be retro-1950s visual imagery by artist and film technician Lewis P Morley. It’s also possible the performance will be professionally filmed.

The performance will be directed by author Sean McMullen who has expertise in producing plays. Lewis P Morley is handling the creative side and will take over the Narrator’s role.
