Just rewatched the Due South Christmas episode. It has my favourite dialogue about Christmas being a special time for people of many different faiths, and none. Fraser says: 'I recall my own Christmases with great fondness and a certain sense of horror.'
It also has my favourite incidental dialogue, when they are arresting some guys that Kowalski calls goons.
Goon one: 'I ain't no damn goon. Actually we are licensed security agents.'
Good two: 'I have a diploma in Hospitality Services. We do not appreciate being called goons. You could be looking at a law suit.'
