In February I did a quick evaluation of where I could make some easy changes. I'm afraid small changes and baby steps are where I am at.
So, I've gotten rid of plastic straws. We now use metal ones which can be washed and reused easily.
And we have gone with a new shopping regime. I shop online for most stuff and go to the Subi Farmers Market for fruit and vegetables and, best of all, milk. I found a milk supplier who offers organic milk in glass bottles (Sunnydale). So, a few small improvements in our life.

Plus, the glass milk bottles are being reused to store food so I am finally able to get rid of my plastic food storage containers.
