emma_in_dreamAh ha! It turns out that the Australian store has heaps fewer options than the American ITunes. If you go to the bottom you can search the stores of other countries.
So, the good news, it's not that I can't do a simple search. The bad news, apparently the model for distribution of media is completely stuffed. I could get an American account and then (maybe) it would work but frankly it is too hard. It's like they actually want people to illegally download; they put as many barriers as possible in the path of buying it legally.
