I've been trying to eat bread which is made out of, you know, bread. Flour, yeast, oil, water, sugar. Not preservatives and flavour enhancers.
I seek your advice on sourcing such bread. I've made some loaves myself, which I quite enjoy but it is such a hassle to have to be home at the right time to knead the dough.
Perhaps a bread machine? Yet I do not fancy bread made in the odd shapes that the machines make it.
Perhaps buying it from the New Norcia bakehouse?
