2, I am reading *Little House in the Big Woods* to Pearl and Ruby. I had forgotten how good it is, having only reread the more adult ones recently. The story about her grandfather and the pig is hilarious.
3, I have been given two big bags of Agatha Christie novels, perfect for diving into to avoid hideous reality.
