Any recommendations for a program to download streaming and youtube videos on a mac?

I have a trial version of 'iSkysoft iTube Studio', which seems to be working fine with Youtube on the site, but can't deal with embedded links.

I have also had success in the past with 'KeepVid' but it seemed to break every time Youtube updated things.

I've not looked for anything for streaming.

you are welcome. I'm interested to hear if you find anything that works with streaming (or if you try the one I recommend and find that it works for streaming).
