emma_in_dreamJourney home quite difficult - train delayed for a while as signals down. Then traffic very bad as visibility poor and most lights down.
Then picked up my little girl, who was extremely upset by the hail, rain (which she did not remember), thunder and lightning.
My car has a broken windscreen and lots of hailstone dings. I haven't had a quote yet but my neighbour's car looks about the same and it's a write off.
Also, for some reason, internet connection is very messy even though the phone line is working.
