My skip has arrived, just in time for the busy bee this weekend.
My aims: to clear out the manky shed full of rubbish left there by the previous owners, to clean out the broken boxes, and to get rid of the excess gutters.*
If there is any extra time, it would be great to get advice on ways to secure my hills hoist. It is extremely old and the top wires that hold it in place are ooooonly just threaded through the top. But I think if you tried welding it, the rusty old wire would break so it may be unresolvable.
Advice on how to drill into the walls to hang pictures would also be great.
I have been stocking the fridge with cold drinks in preparation for the weekend.
* Which is a shame as some of them are actually in good condition, but I see no way in which I could possibly transport them anywhere as they are all about 8 metres long.
