Ruby is one!

Also, she has an endearing smile. With six teeth. And a full head of hair. And beautiful olive skin. She really is stunningly beautiful.
She can sit well, can get into sitting position by herself. She can swivel around.
She has been moved to a more advanced form of physio and she really didn't like it. She protested - a lot.
She can wave, clap and loves to make a joke where she puts something on her head. 'Is that where the spoon goes? No! Ruby is a tease!'
She is a very affectionate child, full of smiles and cuddles. She makes an endearing gesture which means ‘I want to give you a hug’. She hugs her dolly and pats it on the back as she does so.
I had not realised until I had her that babies could be so easy (touch wood!). She fed well from the very beginning, she eats a wide variety of food happily, she usually only wakes three or four times a night. And she is a basically calm person. For instance, if there is a knock at the door, her response is to see who it is (rather than to startle and scream). I’m trying not to make comparisons between children but you may be able to guess who I have in mind here.
